Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The Schedule entry for AD/HS 125/109 (BAe 125 MLG sidestay centre pivot attach nut) has been removed from CASA’s public listing because that aircraft model is not currently on the Australian register. This is an administrative change: it means no immediate Australian-registered BAe 125 is subject to enforcement via the schedule, reducing local compliance obligations, but the underlying technical directive may still exist elsewhere and could be reinstated if the model returns to the register.
