Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD for the BAe 125 series (MLG sidestay attachment lug), issued under Civil Aviation Regulations Part 39, has been removed from the Australian schedule because that aircraft type is not currently on the register. As a result, there are no active Australian-listed inspection/repair obligations or recorded operator costs for this AD; the Civil Aviation Safety Authority administers the listing and would govern any future reinstatement if the type returns to the register.
