Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This CASA Airworthiness Directive entry for the BAe 125 MLG sidestay-to-wing pick-up fitting has been removed from the Australian AD listing because that aircraft model is not on the Australian register. Practically, there is no active AD obligation or compliance cost in Australia for this model now; CASA would need to reinstate or issue an AD if a BAe 125 is later registered.
