Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Requires all Hiller UH‑12 helicopters to have their control rotor blade assemblies inspected and any required work done in accordance with Fairchild Hiller Service Bulletin No. 36‑1 Rev 3, with those inspections tied to each scheduled Maintenance Release. It affects owners/operators and is enforced by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority as an airworthiness directive. It matters because it fixes the technical standard to that SB, shifts inspection timing into Maintenance Release cycles, and places the compliance cost and planning burden on operators.
