Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This document appears to be the cover page or template for an Airworthiness Directive (AD) issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), but the substantive content is missing. Typically, an AD of this type would mandate specific safety actions for aircraft operators regarding the classification of Class D cargo compartments (unpressurized areas used for baggage/freight). However, without the Requirement, Applicability, and Compliance sections, the specific safety measures, affected aircraft types, and deadlines cannot be determined.
