Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument mandates a one‑time inspection of the notched attachment nut that secures the main‑gearbox input‑gear flange on certain Gazelle SA‑341/SA‑342 helicopters, following Gazelle Service Bulletin 65.19, unless the gearbox has been modified to AMS 07.7076/S374.

It affects owners/operators and their maintenance providers, creating a short compliance window and direct inspection and repair costs to verify correct nut torque and ensure continued airworthiness.
