Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument mandates inspection—and, where the GAF Nomad Alert Service Bulletin ANMD-27-27 Rev 1 requires it, replacement—of the control wheel assembly on Nomad N22 and N24 aircraft to address reported partial failures.

It binds owners/operators to schedule and pay for the work, and requires maintenance organisations to perform it per the SB within the regulator’s specified compliance window, creating short-term downtime and parts/labour demand.
