The AD mandates compliance with GAF Alert Service Bulletin ANMD‑55‑11 for the specific N22/N24 serial numbers listed, following manufacturer reports of partial intercostal failure and trim‑tab control‑rod chafing. It affects owners/operators of those aircraft by making the SB’s inspections/modifications compulsory, while leaving technical details, timing, costs and enforcement arrangements to the referenced service bulletin.
