Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD consolidates previously issued technical requirements for all Grumman (Frakes) G73 series aeroplanes into a single directive, referencing specified Grumman service/customer bulletins as the mandatory technical sources. It requires listed initial modifications and one‑time inspections to be completed before a Certificate of Airworthiness can be issued. Operators must arrange and pay for the work; the AD aims to reduce administrative tracking without changing the underlying technical actions or who bears their costs.
