Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Operators of Airparts FU24-950 aircraft must inspect brake torque plates every 100 hours until those plates are modified, and complete the mandated modification within 300 hours TIS after 31 May 1973 using Air Parts Service Bulletin No. AP.101.

This affects FU24-950 owners/operators (inspection and modification costs, aircraft downtime, recordkeeping) and MROs (performing work); it trades increased safety compliance for recurring maintenance burden and potential supply/availability constraints.
