Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD requires urgent inspections and an operating placard for Fuji FA-200-180 aeroplanes (S/N 3–75) fitted with McCauley B2D34C53/74E propellers to prevent propeller blade failure. Owners/operators must inspect blades with a 10× magnifier, repair as needed, and perform a full blade dye‑penetrant inspection without removing the propeller.

A warning placard with the RPM/manifold‑pressure restriction must be installed; compliance is within 25 flight hours after 4 March 1970. (The RPM numbers in the original placard appear to be a typo.)
