Applicability:	Model FA-200 series aircraft.
Requirement:	Carry out the fabrication of inspection holes, an inspection of the wing spar flange for corrosion, repair of any corrosion if necessary, and removal of sealing compound; in accordance with Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. Service Bulletin No. 200-015, dated28 February 2006, or later JCAB approved revision.Note: JCAB AD TCD-6832-2006 refers.
Compliance:	Unless the initial requirements are already accomplished, within three months after27 August 2009. Inspect thereafter at intervals not to exceed 5 calendar years.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 27 August 2009.
Background:	The JCAB requires the actions of this Directive to prevent the deterioration of wing structural integrity by corrosion of the wing spar flange.
