Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument requires owners/operators of Fuji FA-200 aeroplanes (unless already modified per Fuji Technical Bulletin 200‑020) to have the control‑column tube around the lock‑pin hole inspected for cracking using an approved dye‑penetrant method at the next required check and thereafter with each Maintenance‑Release inspection. Operators pay inspection costs and any repairs; Amendment 1 offers a one‑time modification per the Fuji bulletin that, once done, terminates the recurring inspection obligation.
