Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD requires 100‑hour inspections of the fuselage rear bulkhead on Fuji FA‑200 aeroplanes S/N ≤296 after cracking was found near the horizontal stabiliser spar; inspections repeat every 100 hours until the aircraft is modified per Fuji Service Bulletin FAS 200‑003.

Owners/operators bear the inspection and modification costs and downtime; performing the SB modification removes the recurring 100‑hour inspections, creating a trade‑off between repeated checks and a one‑time repair.
