This AD mandates replacement of the windshield post link support (forward pressure bulkhead) bracket on specific Fokker F50 aeroplanes (listed serial numbers) by following Fokker Service Bulletin F50‑53‑008, to be completed before the aircraft reaches 20,000 flight cycles. It responds to fatigue-test‑identified cracking; affected owners/operators must arrange and fund the mandatory replacement per the service bulletin to maintain airworthiness.
