Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

The AD mandates installation of connecting angles to reinforce the forward fuselage on specific Fokker F50 serial numbers, to be completed before 10,000 flight cycles, addressing fatigue‑crack risk found in testing. It affects the owners/operators of those aircraft, who must follow the Fokker service bulletin, fund and schedule the work, and reallocate maintenance resources to preserve airworthiness.
