Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of Reims/Cessna F406 aeroplanes (serials F406-0001 to F406-0089) to inspect fuel boost pump wiring and harnesses, repair or replace any wiring or pump found beyond the limits in Reims/Cessna Service Bulletin CAB02-8, and fit spiral wrap and reroute wiring where initial wear is below limits. It sets fixed inspection intervals and before-flight repair requirements to manage wiring chafing risk.
