Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires owners/operators of the listed Fokker F28 serial-numbered aeroplanes to have the engine controls inspected per Fokker Service Bulletin F28/76‑16 by 31 August 1974. It binds affected operators and their maintenance organisations to comply, places inspection and repair costs and downtime on operators, and relies on the service bulletin for technical steps to mitigate an engine‑control safety concern enforced by the regulator.
