Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive (Australia) makes a Fokker service‑bulletin modification to the landing‑gear mechanical NK control systems mandatory for F28 aircraft with serial numbers 11003–11024 and 11991–11993, to be completed by 30 April 1971.

It converts the manufacturer's bulletin into a legal compliance obligation under the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, placing the implementation cost and enforcement responsibility on the operators of the listed aeroplanes.
