This AD requires operators of Fokker F27 aircraft fitted under STC ST01004NY with Airline Container Manufacturing cargo straps (part 1519-MCIDS) to update their Aircraft Flight Manual and Weight & Balance Manual within 14 days of 1 December 2004. Operators bear the compliance and administrative costs; CASA issued the AD under CASR 39.1(1).
