This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of certain Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft (serials up to 212, excluding 208, and those tied to specified service bulletins) to follow corrective action in DGAC AD F-2005-018 and Dassault Service Bulletin F2000-301 to ensure the inner pin of a double fail-safe engine-to-fuselage fastener is present. It takes effect 16 March 2006. Aircraft owners/operators pay for inspections and any remedial work; the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (via its delegate) enforces compliance and sets the effective date.
