Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft (except those already modified by Service Bulletin F2000‑248 or modification M2111) to carry out the corrective work specified in DGAC AD 2002‑413(B) to seal two unfilled holes in the left and right engine‑mast firewalls. Work must be completed by 31 March 2006. The measure responds to a manufacturer finding that those holes could allow fuel to drain into a hot zone after significant leakage (Background; Requirement; Compliance).
