Compliance:	As specified in the Requirement document, with a revised effective date of5 June 2008.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 5 June 2008.
Background:	The manufacturer has determined that in certain instances the pressure equalisation valve was not installed on the left hand bulkhead blowout panel in the forward and/or aft cargo compartments during production. This condition, unless corrected, could affect the effectiveness of fire detection, containment, and suppression.
