Applicability: All models.

Requirement: Modify the fuel strainer drain valve P/N K9000S-1A to return automatically to the closed position.

Note: Incorporation of Forrestair Drawing No. FSA 78.1 is an acceptable means of compliance.

Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 30 April 1978.
