Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

Owners and operators of certain Hawker 800 and BAe 125-series aircraft fitted with Marathon Power Technologies PC-250 static inverters must comply with a mandatory airworthiness directive requiring modification of the inverter per Service Bulletin 111692-014 Rev 1 (15 Mar 1993) to prevent moisture ingress. The mod was required by 15 Mar 1995 because moisture-related failures can disable the inverter that supplies emergency/standby electrical power, risking loss of critical systems.
