Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This document officially cancels a previous aviation safety directive that applied to Eurocopter AS 350 helicopters.
What it does:
Who it affects:
Why it matters: Airworthiness directives are legally binding safety instructions issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). This cancellation means the old requirements no longer apply, and operators must now follow the replacement directive to ensure the helicopter's tail stabiliser fins remain airworthy.

Zoe can write the in-depth analysis on top of the summary above: how it works, who it affects and what each part actually does.
