	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 16 March 2006.
Background:	The trim tab hinge fittings attachment screw countersinks were found to have been incorrectly manufactured, and the torque values for the elevator trim tab and rudder trim and spring tab attachment screws have been revised.
