Applicability:	Model 328-100 aeroplanes with serial numbers 3005 to 3093 inclusive and 3095 to 3111 inclusive.
Requirement:	If not previously accomplished, replace the Flight Attendants Panel 19VE and modify the aircraft wiring in accordance with Fairchild Dornier Service BulletinSB-328-33-271 dated 17 September 1998.
	Note: LBA AD 1999-053 refers.
Compliance:	Within 30 days after the effective date of this AD.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 19 January 2006.
Background:	The on/off switching of the ‘Fasten Seat Belt’ and ‘No Smoking’ warning lights must be independent from the reading light switch at the flight attendants panel 19VE in accordance with the FAR/JAR § 25.791 (a) and (b) requirements.
