Applicability:	Dornier 328-100 aeroplanes serial numbers 3005 up to and including 3098, 3101, 3104, 3106, 3107 and 3110.
Requirement:	Unless previously accomplished, install an end stop to cover the last 4 holes of the pedal adjustment bar in accordance with Dornier 328 Service Bulletin No.SB-328-27-270 dated 23 March 1999.Note: LBA AD 1998-289/2 refers.
Compliance:	Within 30 days after the effective date of this AD.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 19 January 2006.
Background:	During single engine operation with the rudder pedals adjusted to the ¾ fully forward position, the pedal force required to provide safe operation of the aeroplane exceeds both the JAA and FAA requirements.
