Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This document formally cancels an old airworthiness directive (AD/DHC-1/10) that applied to De Havilland DHC-1 Chipmunk aircraft — a type of vintage two-seat training plane.
What it does:
Who it affects:
Why it matters: This is housekeeping. It formally removes an obsolete safety rule from the books, clarifying that the requirements in the original 1962 directive no longer apply. Anyone looking up historical safety rules for Chipmunks will see this directive is defunct and should check current regulations instead.
