This instrument cancels the 1954 Airworthiness Directive that required installation of reinforced tailplane attachment brackets (mod DRO.80) on De Havilland DHA‑3 Drover aircraft, effective 20 November 2008. CASA says the modification has been fitted to affected aircraft, so the directive is now obsolete; owners and operators (largely museums and collectors) no longer need to comply.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
	This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.
Background:	This AD was raised in 1954 against De Havilland TNS CT(A3) No. 86, requiring DH modification DRO.80 to be embodied to introduce strengthened tailplane forward attachment brackets in the fuselage. Compliance was required forthwith.As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
