Commonwealth legislation
This is an Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority Airworthiness Directive for DH114 (Heron) series aeroplanes (AD/DH114/9 Amdt 1). It functions as a mandatory regulatory instrument affecting owners, operators and maintenance organisations, but the supplied excerpt contains no substantive inspection/repair requirements. The record also notes this AD was later superseded by AD/DH114/26, so its operative requirements have been replaced.
