| Applicability: | Model DH-82 and DH-82A aircraft of UK manufacture. |

| Requirement: | Incorporate mandatory modifications in accordance with de Havilland Support Technical News Sheet (TNS) CT (MOTH) No. 5 Issue 1, or later UK CAA approved revisions.Note: UK CAA AD No.s 2731 PRE 80, 2732 PRE 80 and 2733 PRE 80 refer. |
| Compliance: | Unless already accomplished, within 25 hours time in service after issue of this Airworthiness Directive or before 31 March 2008, whichever occurs first. |
| This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 22 November 2007. | |
| Background: | It has been bought to CASA attention that the UK CAA still list the modifications of TNS CT (MOTH) No. 5 as mandatory. |
