Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD mandates immediate compliance with Eurocopter Telex Service No. 01.34 or No. 01.43 for certain SA 365 Dauphin models to address in‑service ruptured springs on the tail‑rotor hub fairing. Operators and maintenance organisations must complete the initial corrective action before the next flight after 7 July 1995 and follow the telex‑specified inspections/procedures thereafter. The requirement can ground affected helicopters until work is done; costs and scheduling burdens fall to owners/operators.
