Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive consolidates earlier directives for Eurocopter SA 360/361/365 series: it requires compliance with Aerospatiale Service Bulletins No. 01.15 and No. 65.10 for helicopters with tail‑rotor block assembly No.1 not modified by AMS 07.9028 or AMS 07.9034, before issuance of a Certificate of Airworthiness.

Owners and operators of the listed models must arrange and fund the required inspections/modifications prior to certification; the amendment clarifies which helicopters are affected and says there is no technical change.
