Applicability:	GENERAL DYNAMICS Model 240/340/440 aeroplanes using turbo-propeller power which has been modified to incorporate underwing pressure fuelling per STC Nos. SA1316WE, SA1132WE, SA1096WE or SA1054WE.
Requirement:	Action in accordance with FAA AD 67-33-03.Note: FAA AD 67-33-03 Amdt. 39-528 refers.
Compliance:	As detailed in FAA AD 67-33-03 with a revised effective date of 26 October 2006.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 26 October 2006.
Background:	Over pressurization of the wing fuel tank in affected aeroplane types have been attributed to failure of the upper and lower diaphragm assemblies in the pressure fuelling valves (P/N 2640644 or P/N 2650198).
