Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD mandates a mandatory modification to Junction Box No. 2 on Bombardier Challenger 600 series (CL-600) jets to correct a relay that can send inverted VNAV commands. It applies to all owners/operators covered by Service Bulletin No. 600-0211 and must be completed before an Australian Certificate of Airworthiness is issued or maintained. The fix prevents potentially hazardous climb/descent reversals during instrument approaches.
