AD/CL-600/72 - Thrust Reverser Casades Configuration

This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of certain Bombardier CL-600-2C10 Series 700 aircraft to inspect the thrust reverser cascade installation and fix any incorrect installations following Bombardier Alert Service Bulletin A670BA-78-001 (or later NAA‑approved revisions). Inspections must occur within 72 flight hours or 30 days of the AD and each time cascade assemblies are changed. It affects aircraft operators and maintenance organisations, who must carry out and pay for the inspections and any corrective work to address a configuration fault that can cause directional control loss on landing.
