Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Owners/operators of Bombardier CL-600-1A11 aircraft must have the stick pusher servo actuator inspected and modified per the cited service bulletins before an Australian Certificate of Airworthiness is issued.

The rule targets loose set screws on the SA-600 rotor/shaft assembly — if they back out the stick pusher can fail, removing an automatic stall-prevention safeguard and greatly increasing loss-of-control risk.
