Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This CASA airworthiness directive mandates that owners/operators of specified General Electric CF700-2C engines (Stage 1 turbine wheels P/N 634E58P4, S/N up to 5499, and wheel assemblies P/N 841B690P6) comply with actions set out in the referenced GE service bulletin or AD.

It matters because it legally obliges those operators to obtain and implement the external document’s inspections/repairs, with compliance costs borne by the owners/operators.
