Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD requires installation of improved combustion‑liner rivets on certain GE CF700 engines (specific serial‑number cut‑offs) using the procedures and parts in GE Service Bulletin (CF700) 72‑108 Rev.1 or AD/GE‑T/24. Owners/operators and their maintenance organisations must complete the modification before the engine is next installed after a hot‑section inspection or reconditioning. The rule is narrow in scope; affected operators bear parts, labour and scheduling costs.
