Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires operators of Cessna 650 (Citation III) aeroplanes fitted with AlliedSignal TFE731‑3 engines (unless modified by AlliedSignal Service Bulletin TFE731‑72‑3509) to update the Airplane Flight Manual, monitor engine parameters, calculate recorded engine data and take specified follow-up actions as set out in the referenced FAA AD. Compliance is required before further flight. Operators pay the compliance cost and must change procedures and monitoring routines; CASA enforces compliance. The directive is ended for an aeroplane only if both engines comply with CAO 106/AD/TFE731/25.
