Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Operators of Cessna 560 (Citation V) series aeroplanes must carry out the corrective work specified in Allied Signal Service Bulletin 103576-21-4055 (unless already done) within the AD’s stated compliance window.

This affects aircraft owners/operators and their maintenance providers, imposing inspection/repair costs and downtime to address reported cracked valve poppets that could cause outflow safety‑valve failure and possible rapid decompression.
