Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This rule orders owners/operators of Cessna Model S550 (serials 0001–0034) to inspect and correct the elevator trim take‑off range marker per Cessna Service Bulletin S550‑27‑1, and complete the work before the next maintenance release issued after July 31, 1986. It prevents pilots from mis-setting trim for takeoff, reducing the risk of loss of control during a critical phase.
