Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires all Cessna 441 owners/operators to perform the Allied Signal Service Bulletin 103576-21-4054 maintenance to fix cracking in valve poppets that could cause outflow valve failure and rapid decompression. Work must be completed within 200 flight hours from 25 April 1996 or by 31 July 1996, whichever comes first.

Operators must arrange and fund the service, scheduling resulting downtime and parts/maintenance costs; the AD mandates compliance but defers technical detail to the service bulletin.
