Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive mandates a physical inspection of the rear fuselage at Station 255 on certain Cessna 411 aircraft to detect cracks, corrosion, or fatigue. It applies to serials 411-0001 through 411-0142 (excluding 14 specific serials) and must be done per Cessna Service Letter 66-19 or DCA/CESSNA 411/1.

Compliance was required by 1 September 1971; operating without it renders affected aircraft unairworthy.
