This instrument rescinds the previous Australian Airworthiness Directive that required 100‑hour inspections of the Cessna 310 main landing gear aft trunnion support spar. As of 24 September 2009, those mandatory inspections and the AD are cancelled, relieving owners, operators and maintenance engineers of that formal requirement. Operators may still follow the manufacturer’s service letter voluntarily, but CASA no longer mandates it.
