This airworthiness directive requires owners/operators of specified Cessna 310 serial-numbered aircraft to modify their fuel systems in accordance with Cessna Service Letter SL 310-66, with compliance due within 100 hours TIS after 1 August 1969. Issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, it mandates a single corrective action, imposes parts, labour and downtime costs on operators, and leaves little operational discretion to defer the work.
