Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This airworthiness directive requires operators of specified Cessna 310 variants to install pilot-visible placards that limit minimum fuel per main tank, advise power limits during descent, and state certain model-specific flap/airspeed limits. Unless already modified, main fuel tanks must be changed in accordance with Cessna SL ME69-16; placards may be removed after that modification. The rule imposes immediate placarding and a mandatory modification deadline, creating installation/certification costs and a temporary reduction in usable fuel per tank.
