Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This directive orders owners/operators of Cessna T303 aircraft to inspect the nose-landing-gear (NLG) actuator attachment fitting and replace it with an improved part where required. It directs compliance with the technical requirements of FAA AD 91-11-09 (referencing Cessna SB MEB 88-4).

Aircraft owners/operators pay for inspections and any replacements. CASA has extended the FAA effective date by one month for Australian-registered aircraft to allow the same corrective actions to be carried out locally.
